San Marcos Concrete & Masonry provides masonry contracting services including, but not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick and stone work, retaining wall construction, driveway pavers, walkway construction, fireplace installation, and related masonry services. Services are performed at residential and commercial properties within our service area. Specific services, scope, and deliverables are defined in individual written estimates and agreements provided to each customer.
All estimates provided by San Marcos Concrete & Masonry are based on an on-site assessment of the work requested. Estimates are provided in writing and reflect the scope of work as understood at the time of assessment.
Scheduling is subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon start dates but are not liable for delays due to weather, permit processing times, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at (442) 515-1809 or hello@sanmarcosmasonry.com. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to charges for materials procured and labor performed to that point.

Where required by local ordinance or building codes, San Marcos Concrete & Masonry will obtain necessary permits before beginning work. Permit fees, where applicable, will be itemized in the written estimate. We are not responsible for pre-existing code violations on the property that are unrelated to the scope of work we are performing.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty terms applicable to specific work performed will be stated in the written agreement for that project. Beyond any express warranty stated in writing, services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond those required by applicable law. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances outside our control after the work is completed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, San Marcos Concrete & Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this Site or the services we provide. Our total liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this Site with a revised effective date. Continued use of this Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
